Convert 2-byte hiragana and katakana to alphabet

Convert double byte Japanese hiragana and katakana to alphabet notation. When entering hiragana or katakana into a computer, it is common to enter the reading in romaji and then convert it. It is a service that performs character conversion all at once, which even Japanese people sometimes worry about. Use it when you don't know what to type on the keyboard.

Note: Japanese kanji cannot be converted to alphabet. Also, the katakana conversion result is not an English spelling, but an alphabetical notation for keyboard input. For example, "ツイッター" is not converted to "Twitter" but to "tsu i tsu ta".
